We are flying in to Heathrow Airport but travelling back to Dover, will we need to book with different companies?
Many guests arrive in the UK and leave via different methods and locations. We can assist with all your transfers and will endeavour to provide the same driver for both journeys
Will we be able to stop at the services for the rest rooms whilst transferring from the airport?
For longer journeys we will make you aware of the service stations as we approach them and you should feel free to ask the driver to stop at the next services
My husband struggles to walk any distance at all, will we be able to have assistance in the airport going from the car to the check-in?
We always meet our guests in arrivals and assist with luggage back to the vehicle
Our currency is not pounds sterling, how can we pay you?
We accept cash payments in UK sterling, Euros and US Dollars. Additionally payments can be made by credit card or paypal are automatically converted so there are no restrictions on your own currency
We disembark our cruise ship early in the morning but our flight is not until late in the evening. We would prefer not to go straight to the airport, how can you assist with this?
We often take guests on day trips or excursions. We discuss what time you have available, what preferences you may have and can make suggestions for you
Though there is only the two of us travelling to Southampton Cruise Terminal, we have a great deal of luggage because we are going on a world cruise, do you have a suitable vehicle?
We have a number of different sized luxury vehicles to cater for kinds of needs
If our flight to the UK is running late, will you still be at the airport when we arrive?
As with all our airport transfers, we track your flight and adjust the time we arrive at the airport, so you can rest assured that we will be in the arrivals lounge waiting to meet and greet you with a nameboard, ready to assist you with your luggage
After our cruise, we want to stay in London for several nights before travelling back to the airport to fly home. Can you help with all our transfers?
